Smooth Finish Chipboard

First run, smooth finish chipboard is stocked in calipers ranging from .020 to .120. This product is made from recycled cardboard and paperboard is itself 100% recyclable. Chipboard is ideal for protecting both large and small parts and is less expensive and cleaner than corrugated paper. It is especially adaptable for the packaging of unusual shapes. Upon request we will design and sample a partition for your specific requirements.

Polycoated Chipboard

We offer a wide range of high quality polyethylene coated chipboard. Material is stocked in the following calipers: .018, .028, .038, .048, and .080. All calipers have a thin coating of low density polyethylene applied to each side of the board providing excellent protection against abrasion and scuffing. It is also moisture resistant and food safe.

FabriKraft®

FabriKraft® is a specialty paperboard that was created by Bradford Company to provide the most effective packaging for intimate contact with high quality parts that have highly sensitive finishes. This high quality paperboard base is laminated with a spun bonded polyolefin providing exceptional protection against abrasion and scuffing. The surface on our fabric is made with the technology used to produce lens wipes for eye glasses! We offer it in various thicknesses with fabric on one or two sides depending on your packaging requirements.

SBS Paperboard (Solid Bleached Sulphate)

SBS paperboard is made from fully bleached fiber which results in a clean, solid white product – not just a colored top coating. The surface is smoother and conducive for a high quality print. Its chemical formulation resists tarnishing and because it’s a higher density it cuts cleanly to make great looking dividers for retail, food, pharmaceutical and consumer products.

ENV-3000®

The unusually smooth finish specified on this specialty board makes it distinctive from standard chipboard. The smooth finish is accomplished in the manufacturing process with no special coatings subsequently being applied. The result is very good resistance to abrasion and scuffing, and for many applications is a cost savings alternative to the polyethylene coated chipboard. We inventory a gauge of widths and thicknesses to serve your particular needs.

BradGard™

BradGard™ is the newest specialty paperboard product that we have developed. The base is specially made and topped with a unique coating that provides great protection against abrasion or scuffing. Depending on your packaging requirements, this material has served as a less expensive alternative to traditional polycoated materials – and it’s 100% recyclable meeting environmental standards of countries around the world.
