Profile Extruded Corrugated

Bradford Company offers profile extruded plastic corrugated materials in a wide variety of compositions and laminated surfaces. Materials are available in polypropylene and polyethylene compositions in a range of material thicknesses and basis weights. Many types of returnable packaging products such as partition structures, die cut interiors and custom totes can be manufactured from these products. Parts with sensitive surfaces can be protected with extruded materials with specialty coatings such as fleece, spun bound polyolefin and polyester materials.

High Density

Bradford Company offers high density polyethylene (HDPE) materials in a variety of thicknesses ranging from .040 to .125. Returnable packaging products such as partition structures and die cut interiors can be manufactured from these products. HDPE materials are strong and durable and offer excellent anti-abrasion qualities.

FabriPlast®

Bradford's FabriPlast® materials consist of a plastic corrugated polyethylene or polypropylene substrate with a variety of non-abrasive coatings laminated to one or both surfaces. These materials can be converted to high quality returnable packaging which offers exceptional abrasion resistance qualities. Packaging structures such as partition dividers and diecut interiors are available to assure proper part protection.
