The paperboard-based corrugated materials feature a static dissipative surface with a buried metal shielding layer to form a static safe ESD envelope around each part.

Mailers

Bradford Company offers inexpensive mailers and shipping containers made from paperboard based Strata-Shield materials. This recyclable material forms an ESD safe envelope around your static sensitive parts to protect them during shipment.  

Bin Boxes

In many manufacturing processes, static protective bin boxes are required to hold static sensitive components. Bradford’s patented Strata-Shield paperboard materials offer an inexpensive alternative to costly ESD plastic containers. 

Partitions

Bradford Company designs and manufactures paperboard based partitions and cell dividers from patented Strata-Shield materials. Available in both solid fiber and corrugated materials, Strata-Shield forms an ESD safe envelope around each static sensitive part. These materials are an inexpensive alternative to high-end plastic materials.

Foams

Bradford Company offers a variety of ESD foams which can be converted or diecut into protective packaging structures. Conductive, anti-stat and static dissipative foams are available to cushion static sensitive components.
